Ryan McCann will be a Spring 2025 graduate of the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University. At Duquesne, Ryan served as a Junior Staff Member on the Joule: Duquesne Energy & Environmental Law Journal. Ryan developed a strong interest in bankruptcy law through both academic coursework and hands-on experience. He previously worked as a Legal Assistant for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. There, he supported judicial chambers and observed proceedings across a range of bankruptcy filings, including those under Chapters 7, 11, and 13. This role gave him valuable insight into the procedural and practical aspects of bankruptcy litigation and debtor-creditor relations. Following graduation, Ryan will be joining Babst, Calland, Clements, & Zomnir, P.C. as an associate in the Litigation group. He intends to develop his bankruptcy practice throughout his career.
